At Oddmonger, all items are made to order through trusted print-on-demand partners. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Buyer’s remorse

• Change of mind

However, we ALWAYS take care of issues caused on our end.

✅ Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos of the damage/misprint

We will handle the rest.

❌ Non-returnable items

Because each item is created just for you, we cannot accept returns for:

• Apparel ordered in the wrong size

• Items damaged by the customer

• Clearance items

• Gift cards

📦 Lost packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us. We will work with our print providers to resolve the issue.
